Rules for Winning on KEZE

The KXLY Radio Group policy is that one winner per household will be permitted to win according to the following rules: listeners are only allowed to win once per promotion and once every 14 days, listeners who win a prize valued at over $600 are ineligible to win a prize of the same or GREATER value for 6 months.

I understand that I will be issued an Internal Revenue Form #1099 to report any prize or prizes equally over $600 as earned income in the year in which it was won.

In conjunction with the receipt of a prize, you thereby grant KXLY Radio Broadcast Group permission to use your name and likeness in conjunction with reasonable promotion by the station of your participation in its promotion.

KXLY Broadcast Group and affiliated sponsors are not liable for the failure of any third-party prizes. When prizes involve a third-party situation, a release form will be signed by winners to release KXLY Broadcast Group from any liability for the failure of any third-party provider of a prize.

KXLY reserves the right to not award 3rd party prizes to contestants who have, in KXLY's sole judgement, failed to comply with terms of previous contests run by the KXLY Broadcast Group.

All flyaway winners must be at least 21 years of age and must be US citizens. All flights will depart from and return to Spokane, Washington (unless otherwise specifically noted)."
